Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, soft (room temp. is fine)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- chopped fresh garlic, to your taste (i use 3)
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
- italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 mix the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, spices, and parmesan cheese together.
- 2 use a boning knife to make a pocket in the chicken breast.
- 3 fill the pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
- 4 after filling, coat with the bread crumbs and pan fry each side for 2 minute to make crispy.
- 5 after gently frying, place in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
