Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, soft (room temp. is fine)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • chopped fresh garlic, to your taste (i use 3)
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 mix the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, spices, and parmesan cheese together.
  • 2 use a boning knife to make a pocket in the chicken breast.
  • 3 fill the pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
  • 4 after filling, coat with the bread crumbs and pan fry each side for 2 minute to make crispy.
  • 5 after gently frying, place in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
