Garlic Butter

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 250 g salted butter
  • 1 head garlic, finely minced or crushed
  • 2 tablespoons dried herbs (an italian seasoning is nice) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 make sure the butter is relatively soft.
  • 2 mix in the garlic cloves.
  • 3 add dried herbs of your choice, if you wish.
  • 4 put in an air tight container and ideally leave a day before using so that the garlic flavor really permeates the butter.
