Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 250 g salted butter
- 1 head garlic, finely minced or crushed
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (an italian seasoning is nice) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 make sure the butter is relatively soft.
- 2 mix in the garlic cloves.
- 3 add dried herbs of your choice, if you wish.
- 4 put in an air tight container and ideally leave a day before using so that the garlic flavor really permeates the butter.
