Easy Creamed Spinach

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2-1 cup heavy cream (use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • grated nutmeg, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 bring cream to a boil in a saucepan. add the spinach and seasoning.
  • 2 continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency. if cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
