- 1/2-1 cup heavy cream (use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- grated nutmeg, to taste
Recipe
- 1 bring cream to a boil in a saucepan. add the spinach and seasoning.
- 2 continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency. if cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
