Ingredients

- 1 lb yellow squash (2-3 med)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- nature's seasoning
Recipe
- 1 steam squash onion and garlic.
- 2 in food processor mix mayo, cheese and egg.
- 3 add squash, natures seasoning and blend.
- 4 pour into a greased quart sized casserole dish.
- 5 top with additional shredded cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 for 40 minute.
