- 3 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs top round steaks
- 4 teaspoons adolph's meat tenderizer
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 thsp. sherry wine
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons accent seasoning
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except steaks.
- 2 pierce steaks.
- 3 marinate in mixture for 6 hours.
- 4 cook on grill.
