Italian Sausage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 4 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 lbs lamb shoulder

Recipe

  • 1 cut the lamb into 1 1/2" cubes.
  • 2 sprinkle combined seasoning on lamb and toss to distribute.
  • 3 grind.
  • 4 shape sausage into patties.
