- 4 boneless lamb loin chops
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 heat grill.
- 2 brush both sides of chops with oil; sprinkle with thyme, marjoram and seasoned salt.
- 3 when ready to grill, place lamb chops over medium heat.
- 4 cook 12 to 15 minutes or until lamb is no longer pink in center, turning once.
