Fall Off The Bone Ribs In Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb back ribs (2 racks)
- 4 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 trim any fat from the ribs; if necessary, remove the membrane from the underside.
- 2 in a small bowl, stir together the cajun seasoning, salt and pepper; rub all over the ribs.
- 3 arrange on a broiler pan.
- 4 broil until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
