- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 medium potato potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. add potato wedges and stir to coat.
- 2 arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until crisp-tender.
