Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 medium potato potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. add potato wedges and stir to coat.
  • 2 arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 3 sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until crisp-tender.
