Bacon Wrapped Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 1 lb bacon
  • head country seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut off fat and rinse, pat dry.
  • 2 season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • 3 season generously with head country seasoning.
  • 4 (alot of this won't hurt).
  • 5 wrap from end to end with bacon, keeping in place with toothpicks.
  • 6 cook at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
