Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 1 lb bacon
- head country seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut off fat and rinse, pat dry.
- 2 season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 3 season generously with head country seasoning.
- 4 (alot of this won't hurt).
- 5 wrap from end to end with bacon, keeping in place with toothpicks.
- 6 cook at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
