Apricot-glazed Lamb Loin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -3 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin
  • seasoning salt
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar apricot preserves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 moderately season lamb loin with seasoning salt.
  • 3 place lamb loin in baking dish.
