Hungry Girl's Ginormous Oven-baked Omelette (redone)

Ingredients

- 2 cups fat free egg substitute (like egg beaters)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
- red pepper flakes
- cajun seasoning
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 into a deep, round casserole dish (about 9 inches wide) sprayed with nonstick spray, pour egg substitute and milk and add your spices. mix well, and then set aside.
