Fast Thin Gluten Free Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 dashes italian seasoning
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash onion powder
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 slice tomato
Recipe
- 1 move shelf in oven near the top then place oven on broil.
- 2 grease a cookie sheet.
- 3 sprinkle some almond flour onto greased cookie sheet in the form of a circle.
- 4 sprinkle italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder over almond flour.
- 5 grate cheese over the almond flour.
- 6 cut a slice or two of tomato into pieces and scatter over the cheese.
- 7 cook for 2 minutes or just until cheese has melted and the edges are brown.
- 8 remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes. use a spatula to remove pizza to a plate. if you want you can quadruple the ingredients and make a larger pizza, this size is perfect for one person.
