Fast Thin Gluten Free Pizza

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 dashes italian seasoning
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 slice tomato

Recipe

  • 1 move shelf in oven near the top then place oven on broil.
  • 2 grease a cookie sheet.
  • 3 sprinkle some almond flour onto greased cookie sheet in the form of a circle.
  • 4 sprinkle italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder over almond flour.
  • 5 grate cheese over the almond flour.
  • 6 cut a slice or two of tomato into pieces and scatter over the cheese.
  • 7 cook for 2 minutes or just until cheese has melted and the edges are brown.
  • 8 remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes. use a spatula to remove pizza to a plate. if you want you can quadruple the ingredients and make a larger pizza, this size is perfect for one person.
