Dilled Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can minced clams with juice (reserve juice)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese with 4 tbsp reserve clam juice until very light.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  • 3 chill several hours before serving.
