Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can minced clams with juice (reserve juice)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese with 4 tbsp reserve clam juice until very light.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- 3 chill several hours before serving.
