Ingredients

• 1 -1 1/2 lb polish sausage, sliced
• 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
• 1 (4 ounce) can chopped mild chili peppers (optional)
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 bunch green onion, about 6 to 8, diced
• pepper
• garlic powder

Recipe

• 1 grease or spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in crock pot.
• 2 mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in the crock pot and stir to blend ingredients.
• 3 cook on low 5 to 7 hours, stirring gently a few times.
