Italian Cutlets

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine ground beef, salt, pepper and parsley.
- 2 shape into cutlets.
- 3 dredge in flour.
- 4 dip in beaten egg.
- 5 roll in bread crumbs.
- 6 pan fry in oil until golden.
- 7 place in baking dish.
- 8 place mozzarella on each cutlet.
- 9 cover with sauce.
- 10 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning.
- 11 bake at 400* for 25 minutes.
