Italian Cutlets

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine ground beef, salt, pepper and parsley.
  • 2 shape into cutlets.
  • 3 dredge in flour.
  • 4 dip in beaten egg.
  • 5 roll in bread crumbs.
  • 6 pan fry in oil until golden.
  • 7 place in baking dish.
  • 8 place mozzarella on each cutlet.
  • 9 cover with sauce.
  • 10 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning.
  • 11 bake at 400* for 25 minutes.
