Greek Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 2/3 cups milk
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 place flour in a large saucepan,gradually add greek yogurt and milk,stirring with a whisk until blended.
  • 3 cook under medium heat until thick(about 8 minutes),stirring constantly.add cheeses;cook 3 minutes,or until cheese melts,stirring frequently.remove from heat;stir in macaroni,olives and greek seasoning.
  • 4 spoon mixture into a prepared casserole dish.bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
