- 1 lb swordfish steak
- olive oil
- lawry's seasoned salt
- garlic pepper seasoning
- oregano
Recipe
- 1 brush both sides of swordfish with olive oil.
- 2 sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt, garlic pepper and oregano.
- 3 grill for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
