Hedgiehog's Greek Flavoured Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup rice (i prefer to use basmati)
- 1 1/2 cups good quality chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a pan and add garlic and rice; cook until rice is a bit brown.
- 2 add all other ingredients and bring to the boil.
- 3 reduce heat to medium low; cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
- 4 fluff with a fork and serve.
