Chili Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 mix beef, onion, rice, and salts.
- 2 shape into 16-20 meatballs.
- 3 melt butter in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
- 4 add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer 40-45 minutes.
- 5 serve.
