Crabmeat Toasts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 (12 ounce) package english muffins

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • preheat oven to broil.
  • in a small mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and seasoning salt. spread this mixture on the open-face muffins. arrange the toasts on a baking sheet.
  • broil toasts for 8 minutes or until toasted. be careful not to burn them.
