Shonna's Waffle Browns

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rehydrated idahoan® hash browns
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • sour cream
  • salsa

Recipe

  • mix eggs with hash browns.
  • stir in veggies and seasonings.
  • spray or brush oil on your waffle iron and heat up.
  • pour enough batter to cover the lower cooking surface. close lid and cook per manufacturers instructions until golden brown.
  • serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
