Hot Tomato Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9 inch pie shell
• 2 cups chopped ham
• 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 bake pie shell and cool.
• 2 line shell with ham.
• 3 cover ham with tomato slices.
• 4 sprinkle tomatoes with herbs and seasonings.
• 5 bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
• 6 combine mayo and cheese, spread over tomatoes.
• 7 bake 5-10 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
