Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir to combine.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- 3 taste for seasoning before serving.
