Chili Verde (crock Pot)

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir to combine.
  • 2 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • 3 taste for seasoning before serving.
