Katelyn's Southwest Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 green pepper, finely diced
- 1 red pepper, finely diced
- 4 cups of shredded potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded light cheddar cheese
- 12 turkey breakfast sausage
- 4 green onions, chopped
- seasoning salt
- black pepper
- chili powder
- cumin
Recipe
- 1 slice sausages into bite sized pieces and fry in pan over medium heat until cooked.
- 2 remove sausages from pan and put peppers and potatoes inches cook till browned.
- 3 throw sausages back in and mix up.
- 4 season to taste with seasonings list above.
- 5 spread cheddar over entire skillet and cover with a lid.
- 6 once the cheese is melted sprinkle green onion over skillet and remove from heat.
